ANGELA DOLORICON is a consultant for Community Organizing of the Kilos Bayan para sa Kalusugan, a community-based health organization in Metro Manila formed in 1998 with CHD as one of its support organizations. Angela, ever the soft-spoken and smiling woman is dedicated, patient and courageous. She has been serving the people through community health for more than a decade already. She is also wife of renowned visual artist and former Fine Arts Dean of the University of the Philippines, Neil Doloricon.
